Job Summary

The Surgical Scrub Technician plays a vital role in the operating room, working closely with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  • Providing support and care to patients before, during, and after surgery
  • Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient operating room environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • BLS Certification required
  • Ability to work variable hours and be flexible to meet the center's daily surgery schedule needs
