Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Building Engineer/Operations professional to oversee operations at multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or facilities management/maintenance and be able to carry out the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee responses to all inquiries and concerns
  • Supervise building maintenance staff, including routine and special projects
  • Provide supervision for build outs on facility
  • Work with maintenance and facilities on any logistical needs
  • Plan and oversee repair activities and performance of staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Document operational processes and create standardized protocols for staff to follow
  • Perform pre and post construction walkthroughs with management team
  • Assist Property Manager with operations budget
  • Manage all data and ensure accurate record keeping
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of operations background and experience in construction or facilities management/maintenance
  • Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to be on-call 24/7
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work initiatives concurrently
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Capacity to lead, coordinate and motivate employees
