Job Summary

This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that support the district's mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and the community.

Requirements / Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. You should also have a minimum of five years of experience in human resources leadership, with a proven track record of success in areas such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 5% match.
