Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Early Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state of practice)
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism and applied behavior analysis
  • Prior experience as a BCBA
  • Master's level degree
