We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Early Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in ABA therapy
- BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state of practice)
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism and applied behavior analysis
- Prior experience as a BCBA
- Master's level degree
- Competitive salary range: $84,000 - $94,000 annually
