Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our growing team in delivering high-quality patient care in rural communities.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. They will also be responsible for ensuring accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
In addition, they will implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing and relevant clinical experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and Work-Life balance.
