Available Shifts:
We offer flexible Part-time shifts including AMs, PMs, and NOCs.
Compensation:
RNs: $39-$44 based on experience
LPNs: $32-$37.50 based on experience
Sign-on Bonus:
$1,000 for Full-Time, $750 for Part-Time

In this role, you will oversee the coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services delivered to residents, ensuring adherence to quality standards and individual care plans under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Health Services to develop staffing plans and nursing schedules that meet the needs of our residents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
- Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Ability to interact professionally and positively with residents, families, and team members.
- Proficient in computer skills, including email usage.
