Position Overview

The company is currently seeking a Demand Planner to enhance their Business Solutions Group.

This position is essential for managing extensive data sets to facilitate demand planning processes and to ensure the seamless functionality of the organization's ERP system. The Demand Planner is pivotal in orchestrating inventory movements across ICP's warehouses to effectively fulfill business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Distribution Manager to execute demand forecasts.
  • Revise inventory reorder levels in the ERP system according to demand and distribution strategies.
  • Modify customer lead times within the ERP framework.
  • Enhance inventory distribution throughout the warehouse network.
  • Generate transfer orders utilizing MRP for internal inventory logistics.
  • Oversee transfer orders to ensure timely execution and inventory precision.
  • Regularly analyze and reconcile eCommerce inventory.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses of supply chain data as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Syspro is advantageous.
  • Comprehension of MRP principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with VBA.
  • Basic understanding of MS Access.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
