Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Hematologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients, conducting research to advance medical knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with bleeding and clotting disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex cases.
• Conduct research to advance our understanding of bleeding and clotting disorders, with a focus on developing new treatments and improving patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, share knowledge, and develop treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of hematology, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Board certification in Hematology or a related field.
• Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Illinois.
• Experience working with patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.
• Strong research skills and experience with clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
