Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing opportunity in Detroit, Michigan.

Job Description and Requirements

As a contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery with TRA, you will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will also supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated and be accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements include:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree)
  • Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current experience in their nursing speciality in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
  • CPR-Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
