Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage clinical and administrative functions for a small-size single site laboratory or a multi-site scope.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other hospital departments to support hospital functions.
  • Maintain a healing environment for employees and patients.

Requirements:

  • College graduate (BS degree preferred)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
