Job Summary

Troon Golf is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties, including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, polishing, trash disposal, and window cleaning.
  • Inform the Supervisor of needed supplies and maintain all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements.
  • Conduct routine lodging inspections, including inspection of air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and regular wear and tear.
  • Remove trash from premises and assist in emergency cleaning.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude and ensure that security procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Inspect all assigned areas daily and report any cleaning and maintenance discrepancies to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work and maintain a working relationship with building staff.
  • Complete daily work orders as scheduled and maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and speak English required to perform the duties of the job.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • 1-year previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
