Day and Night Shift Availability

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team at Altercare Louisville. As a PRN nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose from day and night shifts to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with current state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current licensure in the state of Ohio

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
