- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, taking corrective action to resolve issues.
- Install and replace refrigeration and mechanical equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and universal refrigeration license required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
Work will take place in a fast-paced gaming environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The work environment may be subject to smoke and scented air, which can affect chemically sensitive individuals.
