As an Industrial Wire Cutter, you will be responsible for performing physical and clerical warehouse duties involved in wire cutting, including receiving, storing, picking, cutting, and shipping of wire, cable, and related material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Load, unload, and move material in a safe manner manually or by using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or another device.
- Inventory Management: Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on wire and cable products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift, pull, push, and carry 75 pounds.
- Communication Skills: Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
- Mathematical Skills: Able to accurately use basic math skills.
