Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care and progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and residents

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care
