  • Leadership Role: In the absence of department heads, you will oversee the facility, actively participating in the Wellness team and collaborating with other departments to deliver prompt, reliable, and resident-centered care.
  • On-the-Floor Support: A strong leader sets an example; you will be available to assist with resident needs, demonstrating urgency and prioritizing their well-being.
  • Accurate Documentation: You will ensure that resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents are completed with precision and filed appropriately.
  • Compassionate Care: Uphold the core values of our organization, ensuring that every interaction with residents is professional, empathetic, and leaves them feeling secure and valued.

Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Thorough understanding of care standards and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulations and laws.
  • Ability to provide appropriate care and supervision for residents.
  • Experience with memory-impaired residents is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus.
  • Proficient in English communication with residents.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a genuine love for our residents.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
