About Us: Commercial Industrial Corp is a leading heavy highway construction company based in Ocala, FL. We are seeking 2-3 skilled concrete finishers to join our existing concrete crew.
">Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
">Job Description
- Finishing concrete flatwork and structures
- Assisting in setting up forms and stripping forms
- Pouring concrete
- Utilizing various concrete finishing tools and screeds
- Reading plans and understanding grade lines
- Experience with concrete paving is a plus
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas, including tools and equipment
- Completing other job duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a concrete crew member
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Capable of operating jackhammers, concrete vibrators, etc. for extended periods
- Able to pour, grade, and finish concrete
