Job Description: Undercar Specialist

Mavis Tire Supply is looking for an experienced Undercar Specialist to join their team in the St. Petersburg, FL area.


About the Job:

The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles
  • Perform state-mandated inspections
  • Replace worn parts
  • Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
  • State inspection license(s) preferred
  • ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5) preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $42-$62 per hour.
