We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Delight Restaurant Group. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring sales, profits, customer satisfaction, and human resource management objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of multiple restaurants, including staffing, labor management, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profits, and labor costs, to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant operations experience, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple restaurants, with a focus on sales growth, profit improvement, and customer satisfaction.
