POSITION SUMMARY

The primary objective of this role is to assist our broadcasting division through various tasks, predominantly by retrieving inventory for forthcoming productions. WORK SCHEDULE

8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, Saturday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently and accurately fulfill internal product requests from various warehouse locations.
  • Organize and store returned products in their designated areas promptly.
  • Monitor communication from requesters regarding show modifications and respond swiftly.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, taking personal responsibility for cleanliness.
  • Execute multiple system transactions, including inventory management and production tracking.
  • Process returns to vendors and manage liquidation pulls.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, including receipting and locating new samples.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a warehouse or retail setting preferred (training available for suitable candidates).
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal partners.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, with a strong work ethic and positive demeanor.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess the physical stamina and determination to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in distribution, including order picking, packing, receiving, and shipping is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, including audits and damage management is desired.
  • Reliability in adhering to a consistent work schedule as determined by management is essential.
