Excavation Specialist

As an Excavator Operator at Webber, LLC, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate heavy equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

1. Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to dig foundations, trenches, and other excavation sites.
2. Signal truck drivers to position trucks for loading and unloading materials.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

• 5+ years of experience as an excavator operator in heavy highway and civil construction.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mathematical proficiency for basic geometry, algebra, and mathematics.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout a construction site.

$75,000 per year, based on experience.
