Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for introducing potential prospects to our methods, presenting them with a program tailored to their needs, and assisting in the maintenance of our clients' programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce potential prospects to our proprietary stretching method and present them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
  • Assist in the maintenance of our clients' programs by providing weekly stretches for them.
  • Support the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follow GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
  • Serve the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in the health and wellness industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to pass two weeks of training, where you will learn and test our modalities and operations.
