What You'll Do:
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate medical records and

Requirements:
LPN license in Massachusetts. CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
