Job Summary

The Cath Lab Cardiac Imaging Specialist plays a vital role in the cardiovascular program at Norman Regional Health System, preparing equipment and providing patient care in a sterile environment. This position requires certification and training in radiologic technology and cardiovascular practices, reflecting a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
  • Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
  • Previous experience working in a Cath Lab setting is preferred
