Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Behavioral Health team at INFOSAGE SYSTEMS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses in a fast-paced Behavioral Health setting
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements
  • 3+ years of continuous Behavioral Health RN Leadership/Nurse Manager experience
  • Charge/Supervisor experience will not be considered, must have true full-time management experience
  • Must be willing to float to other units and have a well-rounded skill set of all age groups
  • Must be comfortable working with the LGBTQ+ patient population
