Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Amedisys, a leading provider of home health, hospice, and high-acuity care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
Responsibilities- Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations to modify interventions as necessary
- Perform discharge planning to ensure patients receive the best possible care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state you are assigned to work in
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program
- One year of related physical therapy experience or approval from regional clinical leaders
- Current CPR certification
