SLP/ OT/ COTA

Kidology Inc. seeks a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality therapy services to children with speech and language disorders in Montgomery County. As an SLP, you will create and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.

Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric population preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Estimated salary: $70,000/year.
