Position Title: Auto Claims Associate Trainee
Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $66,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in an extensive training program designed to prepare for a role as an Auto claims representative
- Conduct thorough claims investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire claims process
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and mentors to facilitate swift claim resolutions
- Assess coverage, interpret policy terms, and confirm benefits related to claims

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or a Bachelor’s Degree is essential
