Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified School Psychologist to join our team at Richland School District. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement functional behavior assessments and positive behavior intervention programs to promote student success.
  • Collect and analyze student data, including curriculum-based assessments, to inform instruction and drive progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide comprehensive support services to students.
  • Provide consultation and training to staff on topics such as behavior management and data-driven instruction.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote student engagement and academic achievement.
Requirements
  • Pennsylvania certification as a school psychologist.
  • Experience in developing and implementing functional behavior assessments and positive behavior intervention programs.
  • Knowledge of curriculum-based assessments and progress monitoring systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
