Responsibilities- Develop and implement functional behavior assessments and positive behavior intervention programs to promote student success.
- Collect and analyze student data, including curriculum-based assessments, to inform instruction and drive progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide comprehensive support services to students.
- Provide consultation and training to staff on topics such as behavior management and data-driven instruction.
- Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote student engagement and academic achievement.
- Pennsylvania certification as a school psychologist.
- Experience in developing and implementing functional behavior assessments and positive behavior intervention programs.
- Knowledge of curriculum-based assessments and progress monitoring systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
This full-time position comes with a negotiable salary based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Additionally, you will receive sick days, personal days, emergency days, and other appropriate leaves.
