Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Implement point-of-sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain optimal shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays to meet customer demands and reduce waste.
  • Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage to minimize losses and ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, coworkers, and shoppers to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
  • Physical ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • No work experience required, but previous sales or merchandising experience is preferred.
