Requirements
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree
• Valid North Carolina (NC) license to practice pharmacy prior to staffing assignments
• Completion of at least 15 hours of American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) approved continuing education credit annually
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior hospital experience in pharmacy practice or specialty residency
• Additional education or training in pharmacy practice or a related field
