Job Title: Remodel Painter

At Mosby Building Arts, we are seeking a skilled Remodel Painter to join our team. As a Remodel Painter, you will be responsible for providing excellent painting and paint repair services for interior and exterior remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently to perform basic and advanced painting processes
  • Surface preparation
  • Formulate, test, mix, and apply paint to meet required specifications
  • Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Keep job sites safe and clean and adhere to all safety procedures
  • Maintain consistent on-time attendance
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years residential painting experience
  • Knowledge of and ability to properly operate all necessary painting equipment/machines, including but not limited to extension ladders, walk boards, lifts, and scaffolds
  • Good organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Supply your own tools
  • Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures
  • Have your own transportation, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between job sites
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
