About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Customer Support Representative to join our team at WH Bagshaw Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers via email to resolve inquiries, provide quotations, and coordinate with various departments to handle customer concerns.
  • Monitor daily production and shipments, managing customer changes, and communicating with the production floor on priorities.
  • Utilize our ERP system to process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Attend production meetings and provide input on sales trends and forecasts.
  • Perform other duties and projects aligned with your skill set and experience.
Requirements
  • Work authorization in the United States (required)
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated career progression showing increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong mathematical skills for managing inventory and processing orders accurately
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with customers and manufacturing personnel
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and software
  • Experience using an ERP system for order processing and inventory management
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field (preferred)
Work Environment

This is a full-time (40 hours) in-office position located in Nashua, NH. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, and alternating Fridays 8:00am - 4:00pm.
