Job Description

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you will play a crucial role in leading clinic staff to maintain a positive healthcare environment while providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Providing guidance and ensuring quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Implementing clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintaining behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
