Key Responsibilities- Triage physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their loved ones
- Offer interventions and referrals as needed to ensure comprehensive care
- Empower patients to participate in their personal care process
- Improve understanding of treatment plans and decisions
- Support patients through treatment and survivorship planning
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- OCN certification within 18 months of hire
- 3 years of Oncology experience
