  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Ensure that all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain large electric machines, such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Supply Management: Receive, store, and distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Team Support: Assist with banquet table setup, front-of-house operations, and loading/unloading supplies and products as required.

Requirements:
