Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trios Health. As a key member of our Special Care Nursery Unit, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care that meets the unique needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Current WA State RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS and NRP certification within 60 days
- Preferred: BSN, RN, C
