Requirements

  • Preferred retail supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable taking on additional management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Active participation and collaboration with other Associates to achieve business objectives.
  • A passion for boating or life on and around the water.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.
