We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient General Surgery team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adults hospitalized with a wide range of conditions, including surgeries and trauma.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document required information according to hospital policy and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
