We seek a motivated professional with insurance experience and an active Property and Casualty license to help our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:
  • Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire date)
