Role Overview:
As an Early Childhood Support Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing you to work within a flexible schedule that accommodates your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in hands-on activities tailored to meet the developmental needs and interests of children.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in each child's daily experience.
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our competitive salary range for this position is between $14.10 and $17.50 per hour, based on your educational background and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have demonstrated experience working with children, preferably in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
  • Possess early childhood coursework, including 45 hours of DCF training, CDA, or a related degree.
