Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for providing education and training to our customers on the use of our medical products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to customers on the safe and effective use of our medical products.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and other stakeholders to advance the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clinical and product expertise to customers, including product training and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct in-service education and training sessions for customers, including evaluations, conversions, and trouble-shooting.
  • Serve as a product resource expert and mentor for other educators within the company.
Requirements
  • Associate's or technical degree required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience required.
  • Applicable industry or professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
  • Frequent business travel required.
