We are looking for a skilled Production and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Renovation Brands in Leominster, MA.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials through our warehouse, ensuring that products are produced and packaged efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies
  • Perform cycle counts, restock shelving with products and maintain organization of inventory
  • Assist in maintaining the order, cleanliness and efficiency of the warehouse
  • Verify items received by inspecting condition of items; compare count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list; note discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures; familiarity with freight industry
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift in excess of 50 lbs. repeatedly each day
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
