Your Role:
As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, you will embark on a fulfilling career path with ample training and support. You will collaborate with a team of passionate professionals who share a commitment to helping children with autism thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individualized and group therapy in engaging, naturalistic settings.
- Educate and involve parents to enhance therapy effectiveness and continuity.
- Document client progress meticulously through daily SOAP notes and conduct evaluations.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and supervisors.
- Work alongside MeBe staff and external professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Manage a full caseload with reduced billing requirements for Clinical Fellows, including regular supervision meetings.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and State Licensure (RPE license) are mandatory.
- A professional demeanor that is warm, friendly, and approachable.
- Strong organizational skills and dependability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively coordinate with external professionals.
