Job Title: Sr Software Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced Experience Development Team at Accellor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions and product features that improve the experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and code in a full-stack arena using React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
  • Develop Micro Frontend Architecture: Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations.
  • Work with Composable Web Platforms: Develop in composable web platforms like Netlify, Vercel, etc.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap. Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
  • Mentor Junior Colleagues: Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive professional experience developing front-end apps in JavaScript, Next.js, ReactJS, Node.js, Java.
  • Micro-Frontend Architecture: Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
  • Composable Web Platforms: Experience with composable web platforms like Netlify, Vercel.
  • BFF Design Patterns: Experience with BFF Design patterns.
  • Digital Product Understanding: Digital Product/UX understanding.
  • AWS Experience: AWS Experience.
  • CICD/Jenkins Pipeline Configuration: CI/CD Jenkins pipeline configuration.
  • Inversion of Control Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks.
  • Subscription and E-commerce Experience: Experience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies.
  • Fast-Paced Startup Environment: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
