Job Summary

On Target Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Dispensing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating blending machinery and maintaining accurate batch record documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and weigh solids, liquids, and other materials based on batch cards, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform job duties that require constant attention to manufacturing and batch record processes, standing and walking for most of the work shift.
  • Verify labels with batch manufacturing records and document dispensing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Report any abnormal conditions to the manager regarding equipment or product.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and good manufacturing practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Excellent writing and math skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift.
  • Occasional pushing and pulling of containers weighing up to 500 pounds, and lifting containers up to 50 pounds.
