About the Role:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

* Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
* Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, ensuring each resident receives personalized care and attention.
* Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
* Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications:

* Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
* Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents and the ability to work in a team environment.
* High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
* In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
