Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is a youth soccer organization that provides 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children 2-8 years old. We are seeking a Full-Time Coach to join our team.

• Deliver high-energy soccer sessions to children in a fun and engaging manner
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of children with varying skill levels
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve coaching skills

• Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work with little supervision and take initiative with administrative tasks
• Commitment to a minimum of one year
• Ability to coach a minimum of 30-35 sessions per week during the season
