Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, implementing individualized plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of our OR's quality and safety standards.
- Current TN RN licensure or compact licensure.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Experience working as an OR Circulator required.
