Job Summary: Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and integrating specialized capital equipment at our MACH facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints with proficiency to ensure accurate assembly and integration of equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and suggest equipment improvements to enhance our operations.
  • Assist in the installation and startup of equipment at customer sites, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operation.
  • Manage the assembly, integration, and testing of equipment according to project schedules, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in equipment or machine assembly is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
